Predatory Scholarly Publishing

This is an important list to keep an eye on, for any researchers considering open-access publishing. I think open access is a fabulous thing and should be the default strategy, in the best interests of advancing science, but it seems there are plenty of unscrupulous types ready to bleed a little more money out of already cash-strapped researchers. Jeffrey Beall’s blog will no doubt provide some interesting reading.
